    There are so many foods that cause me gas, bloating, and gut pain. Cooked onions and cruciferous vegetables are a nightmare for me to eat due to the impending gas and cramps. Bananas, pineapple, kiwi, melons and almonds give me terrible gut pain within 1/2 hour. It is not gas, it feels like being punched hard in the stomach. Aren’t these healthy foods that one should eat for health benefits? I’m not allergic, just can’t tolerate them. Problem is I really like most of them. Any idea what the problem could be and what I can do to be able to enjoy these foods?
